Dale is the Executive Director at Inclusion Films Workshop, Bakersfield. Dale started his career as a magician and escape artist. Shortly after, he joined The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute to learn acting. He now works directly with students with special needs to teach them the film industry. He teaches acting, film theory and stunt fighting. He enjoys seeing the students evolve under his tutelage and helping them unlock talents they didn’t even know they had.
